Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our artisan handiwork. If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium leather purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange framework.

1The 14-Day Satisfaction Window

You can raise a return or size-exchange request within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your leather article must be:

• Unworn, unused, and completely free of crease marks, perfumes, or scratch marks.
• Returned in its original luxury presentation box, along with the protective cotton dust bag, tags, and authenticity certificate.
• Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces only to avoid damaging the outer soles.

2Policy Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Bespoke/custom-tailored jackets where measurements were supplied directly by the client.
• Monogrammed or personalized leather items.
• Articles purchased during clearance or archival warehouse sales (which are marked non-returnable).

3Free Reverse Pickup

We provide complimentary reverse pickup across 95% of active pin codes in India. Once your request is validated, a courier agent will visit your address to retrieve the package within 48 hours. Please ensure the box is sealed properly.

4Refund Settlements

Once our कानपुर workshop receives and inspects the returned article (usually takes 3 business days from receipt), your refund is approved:

• Prepaid Orders (Net Banking / Cards / UPI): The refund is credited directly to your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund is processed via NEFT/IMPS within 3 to 5 business days of detail verification.

5How to File a Request
