We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders with merchandise value over ₹2,000 across 26,000+ postal codes in India (evaluated on base goods subtotal, excluding optional ₹999 bespoke tailoring and ₹499 monogramming surcharges). A flat ₹150 fee applies below ₹2,000.
Dispatch & Bespoke Timelines
In-stock items dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Bespoke “Get It Stitched” jackets require 4–6 handcrafted workshop days once your measurements are confirmed (within our 15-day post-order sizing window).
Insured Transit & GST Invoices
Every package is sealed in breathable cotton dust covers and tamper-evident security boxes with full transit insurance and a statutory 18% Indian GST tax invoice (9% CGST + 9% SGST in UP; 18% IGST inter-state).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available up to ₹15,000 per order. Mandatory WhatsApp OTP identity verification is completed at checkout prior to workshop dispatch.
